Tourist tax
The tourist tax in St. Sigmund is €3.00 per person per night all year round.
From 1 May 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €4.00 per person per night.
Arrival & departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready for you from 4 p.m. If you are going to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Pets
We thank you for your understanding that there is a no pets allowed policy at Johanna Apart.
Parking
Throughout your stay, you’ll have free access to outdoor parking spaces conveniently located right outside the apartments.
Advance payment
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required within 14 days of your booking date.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations can only be made in writing.
The following conditions apply:
- Up to 1 month before your arrival date: cancellation free of charge.
- Within 1 month before your arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
Travel insurance
For added peace of mind, you have the option to take out travel insurance when booking.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. Subject to price changes, printing errors and mistakes, as well as changes to the offer.
