Innsbruck’s Nordkette
Since our magnificent mountains are such a vital part of our culture, we highly recommend a visit to the Nordkette. Three sections and three distinct cable cars transport you to an altitude of 2,334 metres above sea level, so you’ll be flying high above it all. Your journey begins in Innsbruck’s old town with the Hungerburgbahn, followed by the Seegrubenbahn, and finally, the Hafelekarbahn, which takes you all the way to the summit.
